Shipping policy

All products are provided on an estimated 4-6 week delivery basis as they are produced in Italy and Spain. If you have placed an order and would like to know a more precise delivery slot, please contact us by phone or email, and we will be happy to help.

Our delivery team will notify you of your final delivery slot via email or text message before the delivery date. If you have restricted access to your room of choice, please contact us in advance to discuss.

Delivery is provided to a downstairs room of your choice using a two-man delivery team. Please contact us for delivery to first-floor or higher properties, as an additional surcharge may apply. All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or the customer’s representative.

For worldwide delivery to areas outside the UK mainland, please contact us for further assistance, as any shipping solution will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery cost is included in the Sticker Price shown on the website. Sorry, we are unable to offer collection from the warehouse as a service.
